Together with presenting sponsor Chase, the Leadership Louisville Center hosts 100 Wise Women events to bring successful women leaders – Wise Women – together with emerging women leaders to make space for strength and leadership to be acknowledged and celebrated. The events make it possible for women to build a network that will grow their confidence, courage, and connections.

The 2024 event series will feature four unique and dynamic women leaders, including the leader of a major statewide arts organization, two rising-star sisters who are at the top of the technology and legal fields, an innovative and life-changing nonprofit leader, and a coach performing at the highest level of collegiate sports.

The 2024 event series will feature keynote speakers:

  • April 10 – Kim Baker, President & CEO, Kentucky Performing Arts
  • June 14 – Jennifer Green and Jessica Green, Chief Legal Officer with Yum! Brands Digital and Technology and Judge for Jefferson Circuit Court
  • September 18 – Cathe Dykstra, Chief Possibility Officer, President & CEO, Family Scholar House
