PII we collect through forms includes your name, email address, phone number, and employer/company name, and job title. For program applications, we request additional information, employment and education history, engagement history, names of individuals who will submit recommendations on your behalf, and demographics.

Additionally, this website collects your IP address and uses cookies. An IP Address is a unique string of numbers that identifies the computer you are using to access the internet. We use IP Address data only to maintain the security of our website and servers.

We request information from you when you register for events, courses, and some programs, and when paying online for membership dues or donations. You must provide contact information (like name and address), demographic information, and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

PROGRAM APPLICATIONS

We also request information from you on our application forms for programs that have a selection process. This information is kept confidential and used only by our staff and a selection committee to choose participants for our programs.
