For two decades, 100 Wise Women has brought together accomplished women and emerging leaders to share stories, build confidence, and grow meaningful connections. As one of the Leadership Louisville Center’s signature women’s leadership experiences, this quarterly breakfast series creates space for honest conversation, practical insight, and powerful relationships.
In 2026, we proudly celebrate the 20th anniversary of 100 Wise Women – honoring the wisdom in the room while continuing a tradition of learning from extraordinary women leaders shaping our community and beyond.

The 2026 100 Wise Women series features four extraordinary women leaders, including a visionary real estate developer, a transformative faith and community leader, a nationally recognized corporate executive, and a global humanitarian and civic icon.

Valle Jones is a Louisville-based real estate developer with more than three decades of experience leading community-centered development projects across Louisville and North Carolina. Throughout her career, she has often been the only woman with decision-making authority at the table, shaping projects that prioritize equity, revitalization, and long-term community benefit.
After returning to Louisville, Valle co-developed Whiskey Row Lofts and partnered with preservation-minded investors to stabilize and redevelop several endangered historic Main Street buildings, including what is now 111 Whiskey Row. Her work also includes consulting on transformational nonprofit-led projects in Louisville’s West End.
Earlier in her career, Valle co-founded My Sister’s Place, Washington, D.C.’s first crisis intervention and shelter program for women and children experiencing domestic violence—work she considers her most meaningful legacy. A graduate of Focus Louisville (2010) and Bingham Fellows (2011), Valle brings a values-driven, systems-level perspective on leadership rooted in service, courage, and community stewardship.
