Meet the New Board of Directors

 The Leadership Louisville Center is sharing news of its fiscal year 2025 Board of Directors, including Greg Pope, Office Managing Partner for EY, serving as Board Chair, Executive Committee Members, and new board members. The board is responsible for guiding the Center, and partner brand LeadingBetter™, in achieving strategic direction and fulfilling the vision and mission of the organizations.

“Greg’s guidance, along with the brilliant leaders on our board, will be critical to our organization’s success,” said Cynthia Knapek, President and CEO of Leadership Louisville Center and LeadingBetter™. “We’re fortunate to have a leader like him serving as our Board Chair. His years of economic and talent development experience are crucial to the Center as we are partnering with businesses who deeply care about investing in their people while investing in our community.”

About Board Chair, Greg Pope, Office Managing Partner | EY

Greg Pope has spent his career serving in technology and business leadership, focusing on risk, governance, large-scale program management, enterprise system development, information security, and IT-enabled business transformation. Currently, as the managing partner in the Louisville office, he leads a team of over 240 professionals in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory practices. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Virginia.

Along with serving on the board for the Leadership Louisville Center, Greg has served on the boards of Endeavor Louisville, Fund for the Arts, and the Kentucky College of Art + Design. Additionally, Greg is a 2014 graduate of the Leadership Louisville program.
