Leadership Louisville Center Grows LeadingBetter™ Team to Expand Impact on Talent Development

The Leadership Louisville Center, the region’s premier resource for leadership development and civic engagement, is expanding its team to meet the growing demand for talent development solutions. As organizations increasingly seek innovative ways to cultivate effective leaders, the Center is enhancing its LeadingBetter™ offerings with the addition of a seasoned leadership development expert.

Donald Woolridge, Sr., MBA, has been named the new Director of Leadership Development, responsible for overseeing the professional development portfolio of LeadingBetter. In this role, he will lead the Center’s open-enrollment courses, private training for organizations, and contribute to the content for the annual LeadingBetter Summit, ensuring that businesses and leaders have access to high-quality leadership development solutions. Clients will begin to see him in upcoming sessions, see calendar, and he will facilitate a conversation with HR leaders on how learning and development can impact the bottom-line at the April 9th LeadingBetter Summit.

With the addition of Woolridge, the Center’s clients will benefit from his 30 years of experience in human resources, leadership training, and executive coaching. His career includes leadership roles at Toyota Motor Corporation, Aleris, Kentucky Trailer, and as a consultant where he specialized in leadership development for frontline, mid-level, and executive management teams. His expertise spans employee engagement, HR strategy, leadership facilitation, and program management across the manufacturing, automotive, and corporate sectors.
