Accelerated Program

Class members are expected to attend each of the 4 program days, which typically take place from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuition

Tuition for the Leadership Accelerator program is $900 and includes meals, and materials during the program days.

Frequently asked questions

Ideal Leadership Accelerator candidates are:

  • High-potential talent engaging in an affinity group within your organization who are or will soon be in leadership roles with company resource groups.
  • Members of company resource groups and hope to be in leadership roles in the future.
  • All ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience.

The Leadership Accelerator program runs for 2 months. To get the most out of the program, participants are expected to attend all program days – so please check the program calendar to ensure the dates work for your schedule prior to submitting an application.

Tuition for Leadership Accelerator is $900. This includes meals, and materials during the retreat and program days. We understand that this is a barrier for some, and encourage you to reach out to us for guidance on how to convince your employer to fund the cost of the program. If your employer is unable to support your participation financially, tuition assistance through Leadership Louisville Center is available based on need. You can request tuition assistance through your application form.

Leadership Accelerator’s participants acquire the necessary skillsets to effectively lead ones-self, affinity groups, teams, and change. Participants will learn how to get things done with and through others and attain skills in change management and project planning.

Leadership Accelerator classes are usually made up of 40 participants.

Applications for the next program are…. Our selection committee considers experience, community service, responses to essay questions, and approval from your employer/supervisor. The application consists of three parts:

Submit two references. Candidates must submit two references, along with contact information for those references.

Applications are considered complete once all components of the application have been received by the Leadership Louisville Center. A selection committee determines which applicants will be invited to participate in Leadership Accelerator.
