Ignite Louisville Challenge

The Ignite Louisville Challenge is the service-learning component of Ignite Louisville, pairing teams of rising leaders with local nonprofits to plan, execute, and sustain projects that move important work forward.

In return, participants gain hands-on experience in community leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and board-level thinking.

How the Challenge Works

Nonprofits Submit a Project

Local nonprofits identify a meaningful challenge where a team of skilled professionals could help build capacity or accelerate progress.

Teams Get to Work

Ignite Louisville participants collaborate with nonprofit partners to create practical deliverables, strategies, campaigns, systems, or tools.

Results Are Presented

At the end of the program, teams present their work to a panel of community leaders, who select a winning project.
