These seasoned professionals stepped forward as trusted advisors to help local nonprofits overcome challenges, refine strategies, and amplify their impact. Through our Community Acceleration Teams, Encore leaders provided hands-on support that delivered real, lasting solutions for organizations across Kentuckiana.

In 2024 alone, 18 nonprofits were served, contributing 1,755 volunteer hours and generating an in-kind impact of $606,275. That’s not just impressive—it’s transformational.

Encore Louisville partnered with a wide range of nonprofits, each tackling critical community needs. This year’s cohort supported missions that span mental health, education, the arts, and historic preservation:

• Mental Health Lou & You – Boosted access to mental health resources by enhancing outreach and community awareness.

• Imagination Library – Helped close the literacy gap in Jefferson County—where 61% of kindergarteners begin school unprepared—by expanding the program’s reach and sustainability.

• Louisville Academy of Music – Crafted a roadmap for growth to ensure more young people have access to music education.

• St. Philip of Neri Chapel – Developed a strategic vision to transform this historic space into a thriving community hub.
