The 2025 Encore Louisville class demonstrated the transformative power that emerges when skilled professionals channel their expertise toward community good. Acting as strategic partners, these experienced leaders worked alongside local nonprofits to tackle pressing challenges, sharpen organizational approaches, and expand their reach. Through Community Acceleration Teams, Encore participants delivered practical, sustainable solutions that strengthened organizations throughout Kentuckiana.

In 2025 alone, 14 nonprofits were served, contributing 1,755 volunteer hours and generating an in-kind impact of $606,275. That’s not just impressive, it’s transformational.
