Creating a network of mutual support
The Leadership Network brings together senior leaders from diverse nonprofit organizations for a monthly program that combines real-world experiences with a problem-solving methodology. In a confidential environment, leaders share their challenges, receive feedback and ideas and build confidence to implement solutions. The result is a powerful and unique peer learning experience.
A new model of leadership training
The Leadership Network combines professional training with strong peer support. Participants receive:

Top quality management and leadership training usually available only in a corporate setting. |

A trusted relationship with peers who share challenges and successes in a supportive, confidential environment. |

A proven problem-solving process that can bring immediate results within your organization. |

Confidence as a leader who can make a difference in your organization and community. |

A sense of community that diminishes the isolation nonprofit leaders often feel in a climate of growing demands and shrinking resources. |

New partnerships and more collaborative community planning. |
A new network of resources
The program provides a rare opportunity for nonprofit leaders from a variety of disciplines – the arts, social services, education, etc. – to meet in a confidential and supportive environment.
Experienced executives and emerging leaders find common ground and new learnings through the Leadership Network.
A key outcome of the Leadership Network has been the evolution of a sustained peer network beyond the program.
A new approach to problem-solving
The Leadership Network class consists of a small group of nonprofit leaders who meet for a full day session, once a month for seven months.
While similar to a CEO roundtable concept, the program is distinctive in many ways:

Participants develop solutions for each other’s challenges such as board relations and new marketing strategies. |

Training modules are woven into the class day on topics such as conflict resolution and how to build a learning organization. |

A specific, problem-solving methodology is taught at the beginning of the program and participants apply this methodology to bring structure to real-world issues. |

A skilled facilitator with extensive experience in organizational development leads the class. |
